As a customer of Central Station Inn you will have to fully accept and observe this set of rules that might be integrated at any time with additional notes from our direction.
Breakfast, bed linen, blankets and a pillow; if requested by the customer we can provide a set of 2 towels at the price of 3 euros.
TYPES OF ROOMS AND PRICES
The hostel offers the following types of rooms:
Single, double, twin rooms, triple rooms and shared rooms from 4 or 6 beds.
Prices are indicated on our website and are meant to be per person.
All the bathrooms are shared.
ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES
New arrivals can check in after 2:00pm each day.
The Hostel is opened 24/7.
Check out is at 10 am.
Payments must be done at the check in.
GUESTS HAVE TO
Show their id.
Osberve rules and timetable decided by the hostel
When the customer checks out all the linen and blankets provided by the hostel will have to be given back; any damage caused to the hostel will have to be refunded.
Any claim or lack of service will have to be notified to the hostel’s direction. We will do our best to sort them out. We are not responsible for any theft or loss.
It is required to keep quiet and calm from 12 am to 7 am.
RESERVATION AND PAYMENT
Reservations by Internet
When you make a reservation on our secure server, your card is charged a 10% deposit online, which is non-refundable. On the day of arrival you will have to pay the left amount.
When you have made a reservation over the internet and you wish to extend your stay, you have to make a second, separate reservation for the extending date(s). If there is no online availability on the extended dates, it means that all our beds are booked. By the way you can try to extend your stay when you arrive at the hostel or you can call us at 0039-067913201 or 0039-3208686069.
Reservations by phone
When you make a reservation by phone you always receive a confirmation number from our staff.
Make sure you bring this number with you to the hostel that you booked with. Otherwise possible reservation confusion will be at your own responsibility.
Reservations by e-mail
When you make a reservation by e-mail you always receive a confirmation number from our staff.
If you do not receive a personal response from our head office this means your request booking has not been confirmed.
For groups of more than 10 people the reservation will have to be done at least ten days in advance. Number of guests, date of arrival and departure will have to be specified to our sales team.
For groups of more than 15 people a deposit of 30% will be requested and will have to be paid by credit card or through bank transfer.
A copy of the payment will have to be sent by fax to this number 0039-067913202.
In case of cancellation we will refund:
The whole amount that has been already paid if the cancellation will be notified at least 30 days before the arrival.
50% of the deposit that has been already paid if the cancellation will be notified 10 days before arrival.
No refund will be given if the cancellation will be notified 48 hours prior arrival In case of a No-show, your credit card is charged for the 1st night of your stay, the rest of that booking will be cancelled.
If the number of booked guests changes and this will not be notified on time :
We will have to charge the first night even though the number of guest will be inferior to what has been already booked.
We are not able to ensure availability for people that exceed the number of reservation already made.
If the guest will have to prolong his permanence into the hostel he will have to notify this to the direction within 12 am of the day before his supposed departure.
We reserve the right to punish guests misbehaviour according to law’s rules and to interrupt their staying in our hostel.
